Idea socializmu? Ku knihe Axela Honnetha
This is the first collective publication in an international context that systematically deals with the concept of socialism of the German philosophy professor Axel Honneth and analyzes his new concept of the fundamental principles and goals of socialist thought and politics, which leave the paradigms of the industrial era. In terms of structure, the book consists of eight separate chapters, the authors of which are František Novosád (Institute of Philosophy of the Slovak Academy of Sciences, v. v. i.), Leslie Sklair (London School of Economics and Political Science, professor emeritus), Boris Zala, Joseph Grim Feinberg (Philosophy Institute Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic), Michael Augustín (Institute of Political Sciences of the Slovak Academy of Sciences, v. v. i.), Ľubomír Dunaj (University of Vienna), Ján Ruman (Pavel Jozef Šafárik University in Košice) and Peter Daubner (Institute of Philosophy of the Slovak Academy of Sciences, v. v. i.). The publication has an interdisciplinary character and is partly a publication output from the international scientific conference, which was organized by the Institute of Philosophy of the Slovak Academy of Sciences, v. v. i. together with the Institute of Political Sciences of the Slovak Academy of Sciences, v. v. i. and Faculty of Arts of Comenius University in Bratislava under the title „The Idea of Socialism?“ on June 15, 2021.
